My “Stage it and Sell it!” series takes you to a bonus room in a home my stagers and I recently staged. This home actually sold for $50K over the list price in Bridgemore Village in Thompson’s Station! Our Decorating Mission? Take a room that has fairly dark paint on the walls, relatively low ceilings, older furnishings, and pillows and receives very little direct sunlight and makes it look lighter, brighter, fresher, and current!
